twentyonepilotsgift ships to the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or United States territories.
When you place an order, we typically need 1–2 business days to prepare it. Business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays. After your package leaves our facility, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. The carrier we use can vary based on the destination and the size of the package. Once your order ships, we will email tracking details to the address you provided at checkout.
Shipping is free for every order within our delivery area. You will not see any shipping charges added at checkout.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please email us right away at info@twentyonepilotsgift.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will try to update the address. If it has already left our facility, we may not be able to change it.
Sometimes tracking may show that a package was delivered, but you cannot find it. If that happens, contact us and we will help you look into it with the carrier. We cannot promise a replacement or refund in every case, but we will do our best to help.
