A: We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or United States territories.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: After processing, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.

Q: What is your return window?
A: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and the return is related to a quality issue or an error on our part.

A: Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive your return, we normally process the refund within 1–2 business days. It may then take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
